Manage payroll, GOSI, recruitment, employment contracts and training for canasa’s Dammam team.
The role
The HR Specialist runs the full employee cycle: payroll, GOSI and statutory filings, recruitment and onboarding, contracts, personnel files, labour and visa coordination, and training. Wages must land on the day named, and discretion is required.
- Payroll: Prepare and process payroll on schedule, including overtime, deductions, advances and final settlements.
- Statutory filings: Register employees and file contributions through GOSI, Qiwa and related platforms.
- Recruitment & onboarding: Post roles, screen applications, schedule interviews and complete onboarding.
- Contracts & records: Draft, issue and renew employment contracts and keep employee records current.
- Iqama & labour relations: Coordinate Iqama, sponsorship changes and labour-office matters with management.
What you bring
- Experience: At least three years in HR, payroll or personnel administration in Saudi Arabia, including a full payroll cycle and GOSI filing.
- Labour law & portals: Working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa and employment contracts.
- Language: Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Discretion: Proven discretion with salaries, Iqama details and private files.
- Residency: Saudi national, or a valid transferable Saudi Iqama.
