1. Acceptance

By using canasa.co or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

2. Our services

We offer industrial recycling services: ferrous and non-ferrous metals recovery, demolition, e-waste, advisory. Each job is governed by a written quote or signed contract. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we sign.

3. Acceptable use of the website

• Don’t use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Don’t attempt to access private areas without authorization.
• Don’t copy content for commercial use without written permission.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are agreed in writing before material moves; final weigh tickets determine the settled amount. Payments are made within 7 days of weigh-out, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All invoices include Saudi VAT (15%) per ZATCA requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services are delivered to industrial safety and quality standards. However, to the extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability does not exceed the amount paid to us under the relevant contract in the prior 12 months.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by canasa or licensed to it. Don’t copy or redistribute without written permission.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts of the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
